Warranties ProAm Cranes offers a lifetime warranty on parts and craftsmanship on products we manufacture. Our high standard of quality is passed down into all of our products.
Returns
Returns for refunds are accepted within 30 days of the shipment date only. A full refund of the purchase price will be given minus shipping cost once the item is returned in new, resellable condition. Returns must include all original parts, manuals and packing material. Missing parts, manuals or damages to the item will reduce the amount of the refund. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please contact us prior to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns received without a RMA may be refused and sent back to the shipper. RMA numbers make it easy for us to locate a return's order number so we may make the proper credit to the customer. The customer is required to pay return shipping. If a replacement is necessary, we will cover the cost of standard delivery back to the customer.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If it has not been shipped, we will credit the entire amount of the charge. If the items have been shipped, please refuse delivery from the carrier so it may be sent back to us. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund for the amount of the purchase minus shipping costs.
Shipping
Items are normally shipped within 3 business days. Standard time in transit for US locations is up to 6 business days. International locations may require 1 to 4 weeks for delivery depending on the shipping service selected.
